ReplyDeleteits hong kong if you measure it form the middle of indian map, and manila is eastward to south indian states tamilnadu nd kerla only..
Deletefor all other states in india manila is in south east direction..
Measure it from the centre of India. Manila is in the eastern most distance from India. It doesnt matter if it is southeast. Measure only the eastern distance need to travel.
